I, like Maloney was expecting Forrest to burst the net when he was through, I was astounded when he passed as was Maloney, so was caught on the wrong foot, I can't believe some of the stick wee Maloney gets, I see a player coming back to his best, who is at the heart off our good movement and is invariably involved in our important moves, or on the end off them, he was not offside for his goal, his timing was perfect, and as for Forrests goal, they are trying to say Murphy was offside, rubbish. Hail Hail

pat i really dont know what else to say...at not point did i say he was crap, i actually said he was good just that there were multiple incidents yesterday that suggested he is either unfit or lazy and because of this i dont think the team should be sorted around him as it is to the detriment of the two goalscorers we craved and have signed
if maloney starts banging them in then there isnt really a problem but in the four games we've played so far he's missed a sitter in each one, i'd prefer he play in midfield where he can pull strings and have a real striker play up top

We won't have to remember the date because the red tops won't let us forget we got 2 dodgy decisions today I've had a look at them a few times and there's was nothing dodgy about them, as much as Jeffries likes to think there was. The second was tight but a great decision by the linesman. Murphy would have been offside... If it wasn't for the centre back that was clearly keeping him on... Then there was Maloney, this is a split second after he started running back towards goal from curving his run... He looks on to me and the cut of the grass seems to prove that. Let's hope Jeffries doesn't see this, his head will explode. On second thoughts...
