Just a heads up for anyone else in the same position. I booked the Utrecht game through this lot last month, the woman I spoke to said it would only be a one-off payment, no subscription and no need to cancel anything after the game. I remember other folk at the time said they were told differently and that they would have to cancel their subscription after the game. I specifically asked the woman I was talking to if this was the case and she said no, they would treat it as a one-off and they wouldn't try to take any more payments from me. Guess what? They just came in and took another £6.99 from my account today. Phoned them up and they said "Oh, you haven't cancelled your subscription." Told them to give me my cash back now, said they'll get back to me on Monday.

Easy target, tell them that it put you over your overdraft and that will get things moving, £5 a day + £30 charge.tell them they will have to pay it.

I twice sent an e-mail to cancel but got no reply. Phoned them today to find out what was going on and was told that because I had paid for the month I was still getting the channel and it was due to finish tomorrow.
