....top goalscorer this season???? Just looked at the SPL scorer's table there and we have 3 players on 2 goals....Forrest, Maloney and McCourt. Of course, I realise the importance of getting goals throughout the team, but I love it when we have a player topping that list. My money would be on Stokes, at the moment, but hopefully we have a mighty fight between Hooper, Stokes and Murphy.... ....or am I just being greedy????

Not greedy. I would hope 2 of the 3 you mention are up there.

My own view is that it will be between Hooper and Stokes......but I really dont mind who is scoring as long as we are winning.

Aye, who gives a monkeys about scoring charts, Misser tops it at the moment but he's a streaky player soon enough he'll resort to norm and score from their many penalties they are sure to be awarded, it may mean a bonus payment at the end of the season for the individuals concerned but I'd imagine Lennon doesn't care who scores.

Now that Stokes is off the mark I reckon it will be Anthony Stokes.

I think it'll be Stokes as well, expecting him to get close to the 25 mark.

i think more importantly we have a few middle men with the capability of getting into double figures.

I think it will be Stokes, but i can see maybe three players high in the charts, spreading the goals throughout the side is a good thing, misser is getting all rankers goals but what happens if he leaves or is injured ?,im a lot happier that we have 4/5 players scoring ,gives us more balance.

Stokes.
He has proven he can score in the SPL, did it for Falkirk and Hibs. If he can score leading their lines he will do it leading ours.

Stokes just now, not to sure about hooper, but I would like to think some of our goals will come from midfield, something we have been lacking the past few years.

I haven't seen enough of Hooper and I can't see Murphy being very prolific, apart from the penalties he hasn't really had a sniff at goal. Therefore, I'm going with Stokes who will hopefully carry on his scoring form from Hibs.
Of course, the first two and the rest of the team will have to play their part and knock in a fair amount too.
