I don't think he's that great. A player who went to England at an inflated price on inflated wages who subsequently became a "better" player because of it. Great no ,but sign him yes

ho ho ho not a chance !! cheatin diving excuse of a man who i said at the time on the old forum would be back up the road in three years via bolton/wigan/fulham ........whoever. STILL cant believe anybody thinks he is anywhere near a player . p.s. like i said at the time, again, there is NO WAY spurs gave 9 million quid for him....... so thats a "no" from me ) infact , i'd rather have naylor back!!!!! just to put it in perspective

Hey the Chicago Bulls signed Dennis Rodman in a bid to return to the NBA championships (and were successful three times because of it). I hated all the Detroit Pistons and never thought I would accept anyone of them.
but......
Rodman worked his rear off and improved the team so I guess I could accept Hutton if he could improve (not just help) Celtic

I personally think Alan Hutton is over rated.
The guy had a decent 6 months and somehow won himself a move to the prem.
I haven't seen enough of Cha to say if he is a better player than Hutton or not.
Both are quick but weak defensively.
I would leave Hutton where he is.

He's a cracking player, but is an odious cretin of a human being. Some ex huns don't bother me,Hutton on the other hand is one who makes my blood boil. So that's a no then. CB, Iv meet him a few times and he came across as a decent bloke. There a said it a hun is decent!! I would take him in a minute but it aint going to happen, spurs are looking for the type of money we can only dream about spending on a player

Call me old fashioned ...but I want a Celtic player to be a credit to us OFF the park as well as on it...... My understanding is that Hutton does NOT exactly cover himself in glory OFF the park....and that's why his career stalled at Spurs.... so it's a no from me then............. Ave Ave

He would sh!t hedgehogs before he would sign for us.A prince among orcs.Great attacking FB,good defender because of his pace, best player in the Scotland team last week. Was delighted when he left them.Hope he doesnt go back. But one typical ugly hun who should not even be allowed in a Celtic team photo.

What are the stories about him? He'd improve our side so I'd sign him, unless its something truly unpalatable.

Ave Ave sorry AGF but no it wasnt, it was because he is p*sh .... simple. 9mill my erse !! i watched 45min of him tonight and im perplexed as to how anyone can see him as anything other than an athlete who dives at every opportunity and couldnt "cross" the road.

You only had to watch him play tonight for Scotland to see what his major issue is. He has a really uncontrollable temper. Now I know he got a hard time and was right in being angry ... but ... if he did that in a Celtic top, playing in the SPL he would pick up a wheen of yellow and red cards.

i see he's wanting a move in january, if he was available and at the right price would you sign him for celtic. No right-minded tim would want a walloper like that anywhere near Celtic.
