Agree,we're fantastic going forward but the defence is still a little dodgy with loovens and cha the weak links,so we'll just win every game 6-2.

We haven't lost a goal in the SPL yet. 4 clean sheets in a row, which I think we have only done once before. I don't think we have a weak defence. I do think it can improve, but it currently has the best record in the SPL.

agree mate but the difference just now is KENNY MILLER(misser)...he is firing on all cylinders unfortunatelly..lets hope our centre halves dont get bullied like they did in the first game of last season by him.. ???

When did we get worried about Kenny Miller.
They got a lucky break today, against Hamilton Accies, in the 89th minute, when the defender headed the ball to elbows and he put it through. The keeper almost saved it.
Let's be more concerned about what we are doing right, rather than them fluking games in the last minute.

for a long time the scothunland media have banged on about us leaking goals now that its the huns shipping goals you dont hear a word ,this team have only played together as a team for what 4 games and look at how they have brushed aside all put before them in the league ,they will get better and as CB says someone is gonna get a right good gubbin i hope its the huns who we steam roller at the first meeting

agree about loovens, our best centre half as from what ie seen so far.
dan played ok but he made a few dodgy passes- got away with them though, let the ball bounce more than once as well - schoolboy stuff
maloney shouldnt have got motm instead of emilio. a well taken goal and some decent runs but he was worse than scott macdonald at times for tracking back and walking around offside, maybe he's scared of injury

Kayal, Juarez and Ledley have to be our settled midfield. Brown shows a huge amount of hunger but is prone, like yesterday, to forgetting what day of the week it is and who he plays for. Sadly this is the norm in high pressure games. Malon

I still think Loovens is the weakest at the back. He still lets too many balls go past him and yesterday, he tried to play a simple 5 yard pass inside the box and set Hearts up for a chance. He makes too many errors for me. The rest of the team is firing at times and look like scoring each time we attack, we only need to be abit more consistant and keep at teams for 90 minutes and someone will suffer big time.

Wee Shaun would be heading into double figures if he took some of his chances so far this season,
Still a dangerous wee player though,

was really pleased with the score and performance yesterday, ledley had a right good game, brown is the weak link in the midfield, and i was pleased with murphy's performance. apart from the on on one with the keeper he put in a right good shift,

I was just thinking that this morning after being at the game yesterday where the score could have been anything, and should have been at least three goals better.
There is no doubt as you say that Neil Lennon's signings have added quality throughout the team, and like you I think it's just a matter of time before somebody gets a real roasting.
October the 4th maybe?

Big Dan is solid. He just goes about his business.

Whereas the hun went for quality, or so we are constantly being told. The 'proven' quality of James Beattie, the 'proven' quality of Jelavic or the 'proven' quality of some wee Man City Reserve kid? Even the rags aren't capable of making out that Foster is a world beater. After watching us pound Hertz, something I had been nervous about, I'm now looking forward to our first match against the forces of darkness.

When going forward we look like scoring all the time, the speed in our attacks is brilliant and some of the passes from the midfielders to the strikers are brilliant as well, if we had Robbie Keane in attack he could have been in double figures by now.

I know it's only 1 game but the partnership of Murphy and Stokes up front looks really promising. Murphy was winning nearly everything in the air yesterday, once Stokes begins to read those flicks then it should lead to plenty of goals. Dare I say it, but it could be our best partnership since Sutton and the Henrik.
